EBC Labs

A Yearlong Strength Series

EBC Labs is our educational series of complimentary classes and workouts designed to explore key fitness concepts, challenge assumptions, and help you train with greater purpose. Led by EBC 360 Coach Nancy Fudacz, who brings more than 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, each session blends education and movement to give you practical tools you can apply immediately.

In 2026, EBC Labs will follow a yearlong strength-focused progression, with each month building on the last. While sessions are designed to connect as part of a larger series, members are welcome to attend any lab that fits their interests or schedule.

Over the course of the year, topics will progress through four phases

  • Foundation (Months 1–3): Emphasizing mobility, movement quality, and body awareness
  • Integration (Months 4–6): Connecting upper body, lower body, and core for coordinated, full-body strength
  • Advanced Control (Months 7–9): Exploring stability, symmetry, coordination, and power
  • Performance & Recovery (Months 10–12): Focusing on performance optimization, recovery strategies, and sustainable training habits

Each EBC Lab offers clear takeaways, targeted programming, and expert guidance to support long-term progress and smarter training.
