Introducing Full-Circle Strength in the Brickyard
Strength training is taking center stage in the Brickyard with the introduction of Full-Circle Strength, a new lineup of structured strength classes designed to help you build muscle, move better, and support long-term performance. These programs are designed for anyone looking to train with purpose and make steady, sustainable progress.
Each class focuses on full-body strength training, smart progression over time, and functional movement patterns to support strength gains, fat loss, and performance-driven results. With a variety of formats offered throughout the week, Full-Circle Strength provides focused, well-designed workouts that help you continue to challenge yourself and support long-term progress.
Led by experienced EBC Brickyard Coaches and Personal Trainers, these classes are grounded in proven strength principles and thoughtful programming. It’s a fresh, intentional approach to strength training in the Brickyard, designed to help you train smarter and feel stronger.
Glute Lab
Build power and strength where it counts in this lower-body–focused strength class. Through heavy resistance, proper engagement of the posterior chain, and core activation, you’ll improve posture, boost balance, and support stronger, more efficient movement. This class emphasizes functional strength and purposeful training for glutes that do more than just look good—they work.
Metcon 360
This full-body conditioning class blends strength, cardio, and endurance to push your limits and drive performance. Expect purposeful intensity, varied formats, and structured workouts using specific reps and timed sets designed to elevate your metabolism well beyond the workout. Metcon 360 is an ideal training tool if events like Hyrox, or other performance-based races, are on your radar, or if you’re looking to improve overall conditioning and endurance.
Arms & Abs
This targeted strength class focuses on building upper-body and core strength through intentional, well-structured training. You’ll combine dynamic strength work and core activation to improve muscular definition, stability, and overall control from your shoulders through your waistline. Arms & Abs helps you build strength where you’ll feel it and use it.
Strength & Mobility
Build strength while improving the way you move in this balanced, full-body class. Strength & Mobility combines functional strength training with targeted mobility work to help you lift more efficiently, move with greater ease, and support long-term resilience. Expect a mix of loaded movement, dynamic stretching, and control-focused drills designed to improve how you move and feel.
Kettlebell Complex
Build power, balance, and total-body strength in this high-energy kettlebell class. This workout blends foundational kettlebell skills with strength and cardio through controlled lifts, dynamic complexes, and metabolic swings. Kettlebell Complex emphasizes efficient movement and purposeful training to deliver meaningful results.
